Copyright Issues Number Two

I am putting together a Film trailer for my A2 media coursework 

We understand that you are the owner of the copyright in the musical composition “In the House In a Heartbeat
by John Murphy” and want to include the song in the trailer.  

Since we are on a limited budget and distribution of the Advert is very low budget, we are hoping that you will allow us this use without any charge.  If this is not possible, please let us know what fee would be required for this use.
